adidas India launches its mobile application

Mumbai: Sportswear brand adidas India has launched its mobile shopping app to deliver a high digital shopping experience to its customers across the country. To celebrate the launch of the adidas app, the brand is offering a 20% discount to all buyers.

The mobile app designed to deliver a personalized shopping experience to customers is powered by AI technology, understanding user preferences with their new and improved wishlist, live chat option and AR trial . It also provides consumers with simple and secure checkout access with access to special offers, rewards, giveaways and exclusive events, the brand said in a statement.

The app will serve as the basis for the Global Membership Program – Creators Club. The program allows members to buy, rate, participate, run and train to earn points, unlock rewards and experience the world of adidas. The rewards include member-only product launches, “Member Extras” in the form of vouchers, discounts and priority services, and “Hot Access” to limited edition shoes and apparel, among other exclusives. The Creators Club membership program connects to all adidas stores, website and apps.

“With the launch of the adidas app and the Creators Club membership program, we are providing our consumers with a personalized, secure and seamless digital shopping experience,” said Sunil Gupta, Senior Director of Brand adidas India. “Creators Club is an exclusive connection to the best in sport and style and with that, we offer our consumers a chance to experience the best products, experiences and services from adidas.”

The app will become the focus of the hype, with the majority of future drops being the app first. These would include Yeezy, Pharrell Williams, and exclusive collaborations with Lego and Disney. Joining the Creators Club will allow consumers to get immediate access to discounts, discounts and more, the statement said.
