Frugi: new website for the mobile era

Frugi, a leading ethical and sustainable children’s clothing company, has revamped its website to provide a simplified mobile shopping experience, as well as improvements to recommendations, reviews and site search.

By moving to Adobe/Magento Website Platform, the site enables a simple mobile shopping experience, where customers can more easily browse and purchase all Frugi products in all categories, including babies and toddlers, kids or adults.

The new feature also means the website will recommend the best products to go along with shoppers’ choices.

The new website also features customer product reviews, helping to expand the Frugi community. This is supported by convenient payment methods on the website, where customers can use the Google Pay, Apple Pay or Buy Now Pay Later Klarna platform.

Finally, the new site has been updated with more fun and creative downloadable activities for children as part of the Frugi Time content. Downloads and home activities have become such an important part of Frugi content since the pandemic that parents are turning to Frugi as a trusted source of entertainment and learning for their children at home and away.

The latest content invites children to create a colorful rainbow door sign, postcard or magic wand or they can simply choose from other popular categories, such as coloring, mazes, games, word searches, crafts, recipes, eco-heroes, back to school, outdoors, and more.

During the Covid year, demand for Frugi downloads increased by 683% as people needed to keep the little ones busy at home. Frugi saw an increase of 50,000 downloaded activities in 2020 alone! This demand has increased further in 2021 as activities have expanded to Instagram Lives and engaging how-to videos of well-known influencers.
