Guests were unable to register for the 2023 Walt Disney World runDisney Marathon Weekend this morning because the runDisney website crashed.
The queue for registration opened at 9:45 a.m. ET, with registration expected to open at 10:00 a.m. However, guests are still stuck in the queue, unable to register properly after 10 a.m. because the main runDisney website crashed. The website is currently empty or displays a “temporarily unavailable” message when accessed. Guests who entered the queue before the crash remain online and can see their queue ID.
At 10:23 a.m., runDisney posted on Facebook, “We are working on runDisney.com and appreciate your patience as we fix the issues. We will provide an update as soon as it is available.
Some guests have reported seeing a page that says registration will open at 11:00 a.m. ET. but that was not the case.
At 10:37 a.m., runDisney updated the queue page with a message that read, “We are working on runDisney.com and appreciate your patience while we fix the issues. We will provide an update as soon as it is available. Please stay in the queue. The post was “updated” at 11:00 a.m. but says the same thing.
